By accessing or using the KAIDAN website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

KAIDAN is an AI workflow platform currently in pre-launch development. The Site serves as an informational landing page and waitlist sign-up form. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in being notified about early access and launch updates.
Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, subscription, or binding agreement to use KAIDAN upon launch. It does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set.
3. Waitlist and Communications
By submitting your email address through our waitlist form, you agree to:
- Receive email communications from KAIDAN related to product updates, launch announcements, and early access invitations
- Provide a valid email address that belongs to you
You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time by contacting us at the email address listed below or by following unsubscribe instructions in any email we send.
4. Survey Participation
After joining the waitlist, you may be invited to complete an optional survey about your professional role, intended use cases, and challenges. Participation is entirely voluntary.
By submitting survey responses, you grant KAIDAN permission to use this data in aggregate for product development and market research purposes. Individual responses will not be publicly shared or attributed to you without your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are owned by KAIDAN and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site
- Use the KAIDAN name, logo, or branding without prior written permission
- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods on the Site
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit email addresses that do not belong to you
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or servers
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or infrastructure
- Use automated tools to submit bulk or spam entries to the waitlist
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
We reserve the right to remove any waitlist entry and block access to the Site at our sole discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current
- KAIDAN will launch on any particular date or with any specific features
- Joining the waitlist guarantees access to the product
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KAIDAN and its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us (which, for a free waitlist service, is zero).
9. Third-Party Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as social media profiles). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Our infrastructure providers include Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (data storage), each governed by their own terms of service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KAIDAN and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
